44th ANNUAL SPORTS EMMY® AWARDS JUDGING ASSIGNMENTS

Please use this form to share your judge assignments with us. Once you input names, judges are automatically notified to register. 

The link provided has logged you directly into your account and will also work for anybody you share the link with. For easy reference, we recommend you bookmark the link.  It is not required but, if you would like to, you can also set a password using the menu link above.  

You must be logged in to enter your judge assignments.

When you are ready:

• Choose a panel from the drop down menu below and enter the contact information for your judge.  
• After a judge has completed their sign-up, you will see a check mark next to their name below.  
• Please monitor this list, and for those whose names appear, but have not registered, remind them of the need to sign-up by the registration deadline of Wednesday, February 8th.
• We strongly urge that you assign a diverse and inclusive group of your most experienced personnel as judges. 

 

The first round of judging in the Documentary, Long Feature, Long Form Editing and Journalism categories will begin on Friday, February 17th. We now need 2 first round Long Documentary judges from each entity.

For the majority of categories, judging will begin the first week of March and run through Monday, March 20th. Most categories will be screened in a single round of on-line "blue ribbon" judging. 

In order to prevent conflicts, no judge will be allowed to vote on any entry from their network or production company. 

In addition, we prefer that craftspeople judge the craft awards (audio, camerawork, editing, graphics, writing), so please make a special effort to assign them to these categories. 

Please do not assign judges to the same categories that they were assigned to last year.

If you need to update an assignment, your new judge will automatically receive the registration link as well.

If you would like, you can download a cover letter here to send to judges about the process. If  you want a direct link to pass to judges for them to complete their registration, this is the link. But please populate the form first so that judges don’t register ahead of their assignment.
